Good hotel but needs lot of updates
I enjoyed my stay but I was surprised no phone in the room. House Keeping cleans the room they should replenish the water bottle. Your carpets in the hallway are very soiled and dirty. The hotel needs some improvements.

I do not like hidden prices and lack of true public information.I informed the hotel a few weeks in advance that I will come from a very late flight. Received an answer "no problem".When I landed and found the "hotel shuttles" place it was 21:30, maybe 21:32.When I called the hotel, they said that the last shuttle for today is left and I need to take a taxi on my own. The taxi price is about 45 Euro. With an additional 45 Euro I was able to take a hotel in the airport itself and did not need a shuttle at all. Morning shuttle is only one per hour, which is not so comfortable. Do you think it is free? No, Hotel shuttle costs an additional 5 Euro - it is a new hotel management direction starting after 6 December. One positive thing about the hotel - breakfast, but it starts at 7 only, so if you have an early morning flight, you miss it.
