I stayed here before 10 years ago and it was fine. But the hotel has aged considerably in that time: worn carpeting, odd aromas, ancient climate control units, etc. But staff is very friendly and helpful—although housekeeping never showed once my entire four-day stay, it didn't matter because I rarely need it—and WiFI is solid. If you're just looking for basic accommodations (as I was, near family) it's probably fine.

Clean properly and rooms. Area felt safe. The bed was extremely firm, which i didn't like. Mosr hotel rooms aren't as dark as I like. This hotel room had curtains that didn't hang correctly and let way too much light in. Breakfast was basic, but reasonable.

What other choice do i have?
The room i was given appeared as if it had just been revuilt and repaired. It had alot of sheetrock dust all over the place and the fridge was moldy. I think id have been better off at motel 6.

Airport shuttle was important to me. I called upon arrival and was told it wouldn't be available. The service ends at 10pm. It was 9:30pm. I had to offer possible solutions and eventually got the shuttle, but the desk was willing to leave me hanging.

Great stay for a few days!
We really appreciated the kitchen and the ability to cook our own meals. A small bottle of dish soap would be helpful. Maybe supply an ice tray in the freezer. I never tried the free breakfast, so I cannot comment on that. The location is quite, clean and safe. We ended up extending our stay one more night. I will definitely come here again when I am in this area. 5 stars for the price.

Fire alarm
The front desk was great but as soon as I checked in maybe 2 minutes in somebody had something to do with the fire alarm so we had to all get out I took a moment to go shopping and then come back but again it wasn't even one day and I checked in at 6:00 and I couldn't go in there until like 7:30 p.m. which I also paid for a dog fee not too much money for the value of this day and the bed was horrible but again customer service was good front desk was good at night and also in the morning

Decent place to sleep
This was decent place to stay. The larger fridge and kitchenette were great. The bed was softer than I like and also seemed a little worn. It also felt like a rather narrow queen size. The curtains billowed out whenever the heater was running so we had to place something in front to keep them closed. The water pressure in the shower want great. The decor also seemed dated and the carpet in the hallways was worn making it somewhat difficult for our rolling suitcases to roll on.
