First thing, you see greeted with pay by phone parking âŠ. right next to a Loweâs parking lot. The furniture in the room was all damaged. The microwave was hanging halfway off the table it was on, broken lampshades, gouges in the furniture (they tried to hide some with a trash can), exposed ribbing on a chair. The air conditioning was like having a jet engine in the room with us.
Our stay was not great at all. We were in room 237 anf the air conditioner ran extremely loud. Maintenence was unable to fix the issue and the hotel did not have another 2 bedroom suite available. A regular 2 bedroom was offered, but that is not what I booked. Other guests had to complain about this issue, so the hotel had to know. Hotels.com offered to give full refund; however, I needed a replacement and they refused to help with that.
The rooms are older and needs some upgrades. If you stay, avoid room 237. Also, hotel staff mentioned other rooms had this issue and nothing they can do about it.
This was the girls trip I took for my birthday. Everything about the building and staff itself was wonderful. I was a little confused when I seen another hotel connected to it. The front desk staff is wonderful. Michelle is great and there was also another lady there. I canât recall her name a dark skin lady with beautiful hair. She was very nice also, it was close to a lot of restaurants in areaâs the building was clean and upkeep. The rooms were nice somewhat spacious and we had a suite the hot water in the shower did cause me to get burns to the chest from being too hot so be careful when using that. Also, you have to pay for parking while youâre there. Itâs like 14 bucks a night. My favorite part about the hotel was the outside seating area at night around the fire pit. I do feel they should try to host more events or have theme nights coordinated around their bar to make things more interesting. but I really have nothing bad to say besides the burns I receive from the hot water.
The hotel suite was spacious and clean. However, the bed was hard and uncomfortable. The drawers in the sitting area were broken and would not stay closed, and the toilet was extremely low to the ground that did not deter me from enjoying my time in the suite, though.
Hotel eas nice but you had to pay to park and our hotel room refrigerator broke ruined 30 dollars worth of food but front desk comped us snacks and drinks
This hotel was okay, one of the nights they were blasting music at the bar and people were so loud so we couldnât sleep. We were on the first floor so maybe just ask for a higher floor if you like to sleep! Other than that it was pretty good, clean, and staff was nice!
Not happy about location. Hotel is in between many big box stores. Not walkable. Advertisement misleading that it is an upscale hotel in the airport area. Title should not include airport. Old hotel that was renovated.
Receptionist was rude, had to pay extra for parking. Would have been nice to at least known about that ahead of time. Not a pleasant stay. Never coming back or getting another dime.
