Average beach hotel. Too pricy for what you get
Room was big and floors/bathroom clean. Definitely some upgrades could be made. the stove was very dirty. Doors by handles and fridge handle were disgusting. Pull out couch tips if not inclined up. It was a bit odd that there was a door leading to who knows where behind the fridge. Overall it was an ok place. Definitely felt the price was way too high!! Probably won’t stay again.

It was ok.
It was ok. I was only there overnight. I couldn’t get the tv to work and the girl at the desk was super friendly and helpful but she couldn’t get it to work either so she moved me to another room where I again couldn’t get the tv to work the next morning but I didn’t bother telling them because I was checking out anyway. Steps away from the beach. The room was kind of small but I would consider staying there again.

Comfy, cozy and beachy
Stayed here for a night and I love staying so close to the beach.The room was nice and cozy with everything we needed. A kitchen with all appropriate amenities. Not 1 but 2 couches in the living room was a plus. Bed was very comfortable. Would def stay here again and recommend to anyone who enjoys a comfy home away from home type place.

I stayed at the St. Maurice Breach Inn for 7 days and 6 nights. For the first half of my trip, I did not get any sleep because the property has a courtyard outside. People like to get drunk while sitting in the courtyard at all times of the day and night. I barely slept at all the first night I was there. There was a man that got up every morning at 5 am and sat in the courtyard at a table right in front of my room's door. At 6 am, he was joined by other people and they had conversation. At 7 am they felt the need to raise their voices being that the sun had come up. I did not get any sleep until they left. Then there were the people who drank from afternoon until late at night. The more they drunk, the louder they became. The walls are very thin. If you like sleep, stay somewhere else. That being said, the room was clean. The bathroom is very, very small, but the boardwalk and beach are a 1-minute walk from the property,

Location to boardwalk excellent. Communication at check in could have been better. Short stay so we didn’t have much time to explore. Maybe would give it another try at some point to see if another room may be better and if staff at check in will be more customer service oriented
