Cigarette stank and stained linens
The shower was clean. All linens (towels, sheets) were stained. The room reeked of cigarettes and there was a cigarette burn in the center of the bed.

Great staff, very helpful.
The staff were great! The hotel is in need a of a huge remodel. It was mostly clean. Few spots were just awful. They were super accomindating with our terrified dog. She was afraid of the floors so they gave us a blanket for her to use. Bring your own stopper and cleaner for the tub! Hot water was great.

very friendly staff, great check in and check out, TV excellent. Bathroom definitely needs updating and toilet replace, disgustingly stained, good water pressure. For 2 people with large bed, needs 4, not 2 pillows for TV viewing.

The check-in was very late in the evening. However, there were no staff to check us in. One man said he had been waiting for someone to show up for more than 10 minutes. He called the hotel phone number. Rang the buzzer many times. We waited more than 20 minutes. I decided to just leave and find another hotel. Someone finally showed up. He was very nice and apologetic. He was called by the hotel manager to please come over and check us in. It took another 15 minutes to check in the first man and then us. Our check in took almost one full hour. This poor service and no one 'manning the desk' continued until we left two days later. They put out a plastic tub and a note saying to leave the room cards in it when you leave. Nothing worked--no ice machine, the coffee pots etc. The room was clean. That is the one and only positive thing I can say. I won't stay there again anytime soon.

Took an hour to check-in. Made reservation online and prepaid. Was told no rooms available when I arrived. Had to wait for manager to bring more keys, they had none. could only get hot water from sink, no cold. Staff told me how to operate faucet. Turns out the cold water was shut off becatus the faucet leaked.

Gross, nasty, dirty, old.
The dirtiest hotel room I have ever stayed in, and I traveled for 4 years doing stand up back in the 80s. everything was old and dirty. Just nasty. Everything. The entire floor was sticky... not sure why. Everyone's shoes made sticky sounds everywhere I walked. The bed spread had something red and crusty on it. There was a fingernail on the counter in the bathroom. The headboards were covered in dust. The towels smelled like old gym towels. The curtains had stains too. Will never come back.
