You get what you pay for.

You get what you pay for. Room was clean, but did notice some roach activity. Bathroom was updated, but water didnt get hot. Beds were hard and lots of activity in the parking lot until 3am. I probably wouldnt stay again, but for the price, not really unexpected.

A nightmare

we got there I check in and when I open the room it was a horrible smell so strong that I couldn’t stay there I went back to the office I explain to her the circumstances ask to be switch to another rooms and the clerk told me she couldn’t change me because all the rooms were booked i told her that the parking lot was empty then she told that I needed to call HOTEL.Com I decided to sleep in my car but I guess she felt so bad that after 30 minutes she call me and switched the room this room had the seme smell but a little Less the picture that they took are deceiving from reality the rooms don’t look like the picture hotel is super old and very duty I sleep with my clothe on and sitting down I didn’t trust to laid on the mattress and get sick I pay $154 to stay this ghetto hotel worst experience ever a nightmare when I was living the room 2 of hotel house keeping was there I commented my experience and they told me that they agreed how bad the first floor smell they feel bad for customers that sleep in this hotel

Terrible cigarette stench in room

The room smelled a strong odor of cigarette smoke as soon as we walked in and never left for our two nights there- it was embedded in the sheets and furniture and it was terrible. OUr bags and clothes smelled like smoke when we left. The room was OLD and there were quite a few cigarette burn marks on the comforter and carpets. I wanted to leave as soon as we got there. It was an unpleasant stay and SO overpriced for what you get. Our toilet did not flush either on the first day. Never AGAIN!

Stayed there bc all decent hotels booked. Parking lot didn't feel safe bc of poor lighting. Premises appear run down. Fair price for quality of room would have been around $70, but I paid about $260. Room dingy and freezing. Roaches in bathroom I never found the thermostat.

The beds were horrible. Mine was shapped like a banana. It was sunk in the middle all the way across the bed. Would not recommend this to anyone and would like a refund for the poor services and horrible bed. Not to mention they say they have breakfast which was coffee and toast
