have mercy on your staff
Hi as a long time guest of the hotel, I have appreciated the hotel's service over the years. However I've noticed that the hotel has less staff and slipped in some of it's amenities. In the past, every room had a coffee machine. I understand that during the pandemic that this was changed. However, it would be great to have this re-instated. At this time, a staff person must go to an empty hotel room to get the machine and bring it to me. this process took over an hour - at 10:30 pm - with an early morning meeting. I feel bad for the limited staff who have to take on this additional task, esp. when you are so short staffed.
