Reservations are required for les services de massage and les soins du spa and can be made by contacting the property before arrival at the number on the booking confirmation
The walls were very thin and we could hear a lot of banging upstairs, also could hear someone snoring all night.
There was a card by the phone saying someone would replace towels and remake beds over our 3 night stay. We got extra towels and our beds were never remade.
There was a very bad water leak with a large area of soaked carpet in front of the ice machine and it was not fixed for 2 days after we arrived.
There was no breakfast included.
The sidewalk at the entrance had a huge and dangerous hoke in it, just waiting for someone to twist an ankle or trip.
There was no mirror in the room except bathroom and no microwave in the room. For what we paid, it was not worth the money.
Nice Family Ski Trip. Best part was the outdoor hot tub after a day of skiing. Was a little disappointed with the hours that they close during the week at 4pm but still had a great time.
I have never written a review in my life, but this was too disappointing not to write about.
We booked two nights to support our Sons' sports competition. We checked in with one of my Sons. The next day, I found out my two other Sons would need a place to stay. I spoke to reservations and then your front desk (Amber), and all she could say was NO.
Can we move to a bigger room to accommodate my Sons?
Can we check out early without being penalized?
Can I talk to a Manager? She said no Manager was available all weekend.
Can you add us to a cancelation list? She said there was a long cancelation list.
Here is an idea - allowing us to check out early and give the room to someone on that waiting list would have provided a positive customer experience for everyone involved, but the answer was also NO.
Extremely disappointed all the way around
First time back in over ten years. Sad to see the place going downhill- lack of updates and maintenance. Outdoor pool not longer in use as advertised, hot tub green, rooms dated, restaurant cools down-facilities need some attention. Skiing was good but find somewhere else to eat and stay.
Great experience overall but the check in process was confusing and the hot tub did not work as advertised, nor did the Inn have an outdoor, heated pool - thatâs at the Lodge, down the hill. Good place to take a family with young kids, easy access to ski lifts but the area is very smallâŠbut this is MichiganâŠwe make the best of what God gave us. The âLegends on the Hillâ restaurant was AWESOME - food and service - and a two minute walk from our room.
The full beds had bed springs coming through. It was the most uncomfortable stay. AND when booking the website said the slopes were open all day - and that was not true. Friday night they were open until 8 pm - Saturday and Sunday they were only open until 4pm. AND the cross country skiing was not open. And the walk between the two hot tubs was scary deadly - the ground was totally frozen.
As it is a three-star resort, no high expectations
It is both a location and a beautiful spot. Not too costly, either. Everyone was really nice. Old bathrooms were the only thing we disliked, particularly a bathtub that appeared to be from ancient times. It was not something I wanted to walk barefoot in. Fortunately, whenever my daughter and I go somewhere, we always bring shower shoes. Also, To improve the room's appearance, the glass on the windows and balcony door should be replaced.
I did not know there was more than one lodging building which was confusing. We were put in an other building other than the main one. We found it confusing to find our building on the property. Itâs a beautiful place and we looked forward to using the hot tub, restaurant and bar but had to drive to other buildings for them.
