At dinner table order was taken but not served correctly. Dinner plate was not provided when asked coffee plate was given to ear dinner. We asked appetizer dish to be served first instead dinner came in etc. poor service

It looked like the entire staffs needed money to smile. My room was not serviced and when questioned they said that some of the cleaners didn’t come to work. The lady in bar didn’t give me my change.. I had to chase for it after finishing my drink. I think their Suva branch needs a shake up.. I am sorry I can’t give any positive comments.
