Hotel room was not very clean with stain on sheets carpets and curtains.
The bathroom fixtures were loose and the hotel overall is in need of a refurb.
The room also had a smell of tobacco.

Disappointing and Unhygienic – Avoid This Hotel
This was my second stay at Four Points by Sheraton Shenzhen, chosen for its location. Unfortunately, both experiences were unacceptable.
The room I was given had visible mold on the walls, AC vents, and even the headboard. The bathroom was filthy and moldy, and the smell made the room unbearable. I was shown several alternative rooms—all were equally bad, with mold, smoke smells, and even a bed bug spotted on a pillow in one of them.
I was eventually placed in a different building, but the room was still far below expectations: no sound insulation, wet and slippery bathroom with no partition, and a strong chemical odor in the hallways. Even basic amenities like a refrigerator were missing.
The photos on Hotel.com are completely misleading. This property is not hotel quality—it’s more like a run-down motel. I'm extremely disappointed and concerned for the health risks this place poses.
Do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Avoid if you value your health and comfort.

冷蔵庫が設置されていなかった部屋でした。部屋が冷えていたので水を置いておくには常温でもまぁまぁ良いですが。また、ラウンジエリアで食べたピザが不味かったこと、、、冷凍食 品でした。生ビールもジョッキが大きくて運ばれてきた瞬間はいいなと思いましたが、グラスが臭いのかビールがダメになっていたのか、鼻を刺す匂いがありしんどかったです。

福田口岸站距離酒店15分鐘路程；輕鬆愉快的週末
大堂接待處有免費香蕉提供。二人高級客房乾淨舒服，梳洗用品均有提供。如果客房內洗手間放置香薰會好一點，有微小的臭味。週末的自助晚餐和自助早餐款式豐富，味道不過不失，服務員友善勤快。健身室和泳池到夜晚11點，需要自備泳帽。整體經驗不錯。

開業年齡來說 ，大樓設施保養的不錯，升級了大套房但是浴缸和淋浴是在分開的洗手間有點奇怪，床鋪什麼的也乾淨，不過窗戶玻璃實在是很髒

如果能夠提供免費接駁車輛由福田站至酒店更加好，因為由福田站行步行往酒店都需要15至20分鐘，對拿著行李的住客非常不便。
