On a positive note, I was upgraded to an ocean front room. The deadbolt did not work. When reported, they said they would have someone fix it right away. I checked out and it still was not functioning. All inclusive resort did not have service. All eating and drinking was self serve. The restaurants could only be booked through the app. Restaurants were closed or unavailable. After discussing this with the management staff there was no resolution. So, be prepared to consume all your meals at the buffet…when they’re open.

Great view from almost anywhere on resort!

There were a number of activities on the resort for all types of interests. We enjoyed our catamaran ride to Dunns River. The food was average, but typical for an AI (unless you're willing to pay for Couples or Sandals, which has a better dining experience). Room was nice, we received a free upgrade (even though we didn't get to check in until almost 6:00), thank you for that. Staff was very attentive, especially since we tipped them. We would stay here again.

DONT book bedroom suite for sr citizens or babies

We stayed here with family for 3 nights 4 days. We were 5 people - 4 total adults - 2 70+ years old, a couple and a 1 year old baby. A. The room we got was the last room in the entire resort in a secluded building away from all amenities

Not for everyone

The property was attractive and had a beautiful beach… however I will not stay here again. I prefer a smaller hotel, more individualized service and better food options. Didn’t love the caliber of guests.

Elevator keep quitting, power kept going off so no air, fans, cpap quit, frig wasn’t cold . Had to ask for toilet paper and paper towels 3 times never got swiped it off of the housekeeping cart said had to use the app. To get it and Internet was always down. Food was cold and fish was terrible, fruit wasn’t cold,could only eat breakfast lunch and dinner certain times. Supper wasn’t till 6:30 and there was no place else to go. Reservations for the 4 restaurants were booked in advance and they didn’t start till 6:30. No snack bars, coffee bars, no other food to get till the next meal. A few chips and nuts in the gift shop but that closed early too. 2 steps that lead to the living room to the balcony was very dangerous we about fell twice. Had to put our luggage there and walk around it and hold onto the dresser very dangerous at night especially if you had small children or you had been drinking and wanted to walk out to the balcony. Beer was hot at pool bar and drinks were very watered down. Wanted you to save the thick plastic cups because they reused them . Temperature in the room was stuffy couldn’t really adjust it. Liquir cabinet was almost empty when we got there. Had to go down to the desk ti get stuff like extra towels, toilet paper and Kleene. Had to go down 2 floors for ice food was just nasty same stuff every meal almost. A lot of people was not pleased said it was like a hotel. I should try to get my money back and I’m the least picky person!
