We did the tourist thing; checking out Banff; the historic district The challenge was that the swimming pool was in the building next door and we had to walk outside in the cold across the road and parking lot. Other than that it was excellent!

Horrible. You will get sick if you stay two nights
Very Heavy comforter. Sweating woke up middle of the night. Can not sleep good. Even turn down the heat to 15. Should have the refund for that one night stay as I didn’t sleep. Horrible experience. I report complaint to the front desk next early morning. No sorry to hear from her.

This property shows its age, pool, workout facility, and restaurant are not on site, you have to access the sister hotel across the parking lot I thought this hotel was a bit pricy for what is on site, but it has excellent views of the Bow River, and excellent staff on site. I even got to hear the wolves howling at night!

This property is adequate for a good nights sleep. In general the building, including the lobby and rooms, are dated, and worn, but clean. It is very quiet, the rooms facing the Bow river have a lovely view, the mattresses were comfortable. The location is great. Banff Avenue is only two blocks away, and the Bow river trails are just outside the door.
