An excellent place to stay in Cocoa Beach.The rooms are lovely and open directly onto the pool area with the beach just a few steps away. The hotel offers a Happy Hour with snacks and wine, an honor system for additional drinks and cookies and tea in the afternoon. You feel like you are part of the family

Sunrise in Cocoa Beach
It’s an older property but very well maintained. Everything was clean and well cared for. Loved that they had an honor bar, nice breakfast in the morning and great knowledge of the area. All recommendations for dining and other area activities were spot on and extremely helpful. Great pool, yard, happy hour, beach access and so much more. I will definitely stay again if I return to the area.

Good but not great
We had placed in the notes that we wanted the highest floor room. But we got the 2nd floor and could not see much of the ocean (though we ordered the nicer room and part of the price is for the view). Other than that hiccup, we enjoyed the inside of the room. A lot of space and the bed was super comfy!! The breakfast was good (much better than a chain hotel breakfast) and the person who made the yumminess was very kind! We really loved petting the pups! The place does show some wear, but it also is nice for a slower pace and super easy access to the water. We enjoyed being so close to Ron Jon Surf Shop, just kind of fun :). All in all, a good stay, just not a great one, and we probably will not be back.

Charming hotel that could use some upgrades
Very basic hotel room but a charming place to stay. The staff is attentive and friendly. Our room was small and could definitely use a few addition things to make the stay more convenient. Full length mirror, place to hang clothes, hooks in bathroom, etc... Bathroom and vanity area was small, but efficient. Bed was comfortable as well. Best parts were outside the room. The proximity to ocean, the pool area was nice and was soothing to sit out and listen to the light music they play and the ocean sounds. Honor bar was nice and breakfast staff were awesome! Felt so like staying at Grandma's house, had a cozy feel. Overall we enjoyed our stay but might opt for a bigger room if available if we ever return.

A European Sancuary
This is a very quaint Inn with a vintage European style. It has a fun history and is adults only. Lots of tiny nooks inside and out to relax and enjoy each others company. It is right on the beach as well which is very nice. There are several room sizes and styles to pick from. The staff and management were amazing.
