Smoking and ventilation!!!
This is my 15th Super Bowl at Palazzo. This was my 20th and possibly final stay…The smoke!! When did they start allowing smoking back in here. Everyone noticed. It’s 2025 and there’s smoking and poor ventilation. If the ventilation was adequate- then maybe there would be no problem- but sinus issues kicked in immediately. We’ve been coming for more than a decade and this was by far the most uncomfortable experience. I know there is new ownership- so maybe the Palazzo is going the way of a lower/mid tier hotel. Unfortunately- we will be moving our annual guys weekend to a place where we can breathe after over indulging in everything else!

2/10 Poor

The room we received at check-in (Floor 5, Room 711) looked nothing like the booking photos. It was bland, lifeless, and bore no resemblance to the luxurious accommodations we expected based on our prior stays at this hotel. Years ago, the rooms were elegant, well-appointed, and truly reflective of a five-star establishment—which is why we returned. However, what we experienced this time was nothing short of a complete downgrade. The beige, uninspired décor stripped the room of any charm. The bedding was off-white, dull, and visibly worn. The mattresses and coverings looked aged and overused. The furnishings were minimal, as if chosen solely to prevent theft. Frankly, this room felt closer to a low-tier motel than a luxury hotel. It lacked the refinement and quality expected from a property of this caliber—one that has, in the past, been comparable to stays at The Ritz-Carlton. This was not a five-star experience.

Inconvenient Fridge Policy
We had a wonderful stay at the Palazzo, primarily choosing this hotel due to its close proximity to the convention we were attending. The accommodations were spacious and luxurious, making our experience enjoyable overall. However, one aspect of our stay was quite disappointing—the in-room refrigerator situation. The suites come with a pre-stocked fridge that is equipped with sensors, meaning that if you move or remove any items, you are automatically charged. Unfortunately, there is no empty fridge provided for personal use. If you need a refrigerator to store your own food or beverages, the hotel charges an additional $50 per day to have one delivered to your room. This policy was particularly inconvenient for us, as we were traveling with a baby who needed milk, and we had no suitable place to store it. It would have been much more accommodating if a small personal-use fridge was included in the suite or offered at a more reasonable rate.

Best Stay In Vegas
The Palazzo at the Venetian was by far the best place I've stayed in Vegas. Highly recommend including the Palazzo Club Lounge into your stay. So convenient with breakfast in the morning and then a great cocktail hour before dinner. The staff was above and beyond with everything- we absolutely loved all of them!!

Staff were amazing, very polite and always smiling. Only issue i had was the bed was hard and the pillows were hard also, and no coffee pot in the room, im assuming thats normal for vegas so they get you out of the room to gamble. Other than that a geat experience for a solo traveler.
