They're undergoing renovations. I'm sure it will greatly improve the property. It's a good place to stay if you don't mind the renovations. I stay there often, and once I had no hot water and changed rooms, and 2 other times the toilet was loose. They're good with service and are working hard to sort their issues. I still continue to stay there as I like the service and location and don't mind the occasional issues during renovations. If you don't want to be flexible I'd suggest staying elsewhere until they finish renovating.
When we checked in, I mentioned that I made an extra payment so we could check out by 3:00 pm the following day. A notation was made to my reservations so staff can be aware.
The following day, at approximately 12:25 pm, there was a knock on our door advising us that we are past due for checking out. I mentioned about my conversation with the desk clerk when we checked in.
Management should review comments on each hotel guests' reservation before attempting to disrupt guests privacy.
When I received my statement, I was charged a lot more than what was advertised onlie. I already made two requests for the last 6 days for a refund, but management has not responded as of this writing. I will follow up if and when management will respond.
I made reservation for 2 queen beds for my brother and I but facility had reserved room with one king size bed. To correct we had to cancel my reservation and rebook under my brothers Marriot Elite membership. I'm waiting for my refund.
