This place is so bad!! I requested roll up bed and they didnt even checked my message right until i checked in. And then they gave us an old stinky, untidy room facing the window a big wall!! The worst thing is the water at closet and bath takes an hour to drain. Told the room maintenance and they cudnt do it Useless resort not recommended for anyone

Beautiful views outside, outdated rooms the electricity went off and it was weird for such a big facility not to have a backup generator Location hard to find esp for a non native language speaker as most public means didn’t know how to find the place .. Pleasant hideaway from the chaos
It was quite a good experience.. There were some hiccups in regards to transportation as it is quite far from walking street. If you would like to experience the spa service.. Please call and ask before booking as in our case it was under renovation. Shoutout to the concierge team, they were very friendly and helpful.
