Need to do quality conttol

Disgusting condition of room. The rug looks like a crime scene with not tape. Shower was not cleaned from last guest. Their shampoo was still in there and nasty soap scum. The couch and chairs look like they were used in an x rated movie. Bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. The only thing good was the staff at the desk. Very nice people. The manager obviously does not tour the rooms. I’ve stayed here at least 5 times but no more.

Well, the room was great, except for the clock radio didnt work. Good thing I set my phone or we would have missed our 630 am flight. The pool area was COVERED in ants and the table tops our there were disgusting. Also, the pool looked more on the greenish side than blue. I booked because of the pool but needless to say, we did not go in. I mentioned the 2nd floor ice machine was broken and constantly beeping. I was told that the machine on the ground floor works. ( telling me they've know about this problem) the juice machine was also out of order. also no body wash in the shower.

The “default” option for stays of multiple days is zero housekeeping (I.e. cleaning of room and fresh towels). I gad to ask the front desk 4 times (over 4 days) to get housekeeping to bring fresh towels to my room. I won’t rerun to this hotel or any Sleep Inn

Old & Tired

The property is old and worn down a bit. Too many updates needed to mention all. Pictures look online look much better than the real deal. Old carpet in the room, though they sweep, it’s not clean and didn’t want to walk on it without shoes. Bed had wet sheets and blanket, they gave us dry ones. The tv was confusing and had a generic remote which made it hard to locate programs. The elevator is in service, a bit bumpy and old but worked. Price was at the high end for the accommodations. I wouldn’t stay again, it’s a typical $79 a night place but it’s much higher priced than that.

The staff was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! The room was dirty i had to wear my flip flops in the shower. The toilet was not clean and thetevwas hair accessories left on the floor fr the previous guest.
