Great location
This was a perfect location to walk everywhere and we enjoyed the great gym and the Club Section which we almost did not get because the employee checking us in told us he was “upgrading” us to a standard room instead of the Club. I said I thought Club was better than standard and he insisted that in Chicago “club” meant “smaller” room. We proceeded to the standard room he gave us key for and the room was a small tiny square, no sheets on the bed, the room was obviously not done. So we went back downstairs and asked for the room we were supposed to get and he apologized and sent us to a much nicer room with fridge microwave etc at least double the square footage. So i guess he got caught. But if the room had been made maybe we would have stayed in the tiny room without noticing his plan. Now in the larger room it was great but we did not get any service once in four days. We used our same towels which was okay as we had extra but it was weird to have no service not even once. Location was still great and the other staff at front desk were nice and friendly greeting us.

I stayed here just for a night due to my friend having a wedding reception nearby and I enjoyed my stay however, for the amount you pay to stay there there should be microwaves and/or mini fridges in every room. Also I asked staff for a clothing steamer and was provided one but the plug did not fit any outlet lol? Anyways not a bad stay

Great for Value
Came in for work and just needed a room to crash in. Mine was the smaller room but it was fine for me. The staff were always nice and helpful. For the price they delivered a great stay.

I liked the hotel from the start of my stay until the end. It was located near things I wanted to see and do while in Chicago. The only thing I did not like was the horrible procedure for getting a cab, but this was not the hotel's fault and did not deter my enjoyment of the place.

Not worth the money.
I have never paid this much for a hotel but did for the location. My expectations were high. We had to check ourselves in. The rooms were ok but need some updates. No housekeeping during our stay. I got the feeling i was inconviencing the gentleman that i asked for clean towels since the 2 they left us for 3 people had been used 3 times. All we heard the entire stay were the elevators at all hours.
