Water damage evident on ceiling, walls, floor and furniture. General maintenance of the room was lacking throughout. Too close to the highway and train. Perpetually noisy.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room had a faint unpleasant odor. Beds were exceptionally squeaky. The bathroom was clean but in need of repairs to both the sink and shower faucets. I rely on ratings when selecting a room. I did not feel this was an 8 point something room.
