I didn't get to stay here I came for my Dad's funeral all the way from Florida they took my money when I got there the person at the desk told me that I didn't have a reservation that. I then asked for a refund and was told I needed to contact hotel.com for refund. This was very devastating I had no place to stay for the night just to rest from the drive. I'm recovering from a stroke and they took my funds without a room and say I couldn't get a refund
