Avoid staying at this hotel. Although it claims to be a 4-star property, my family and I were treated as if we were in a 2-star establishment. I was deciding between this hotel and the Gonen Hotel, and unfortunately, I made the wrong choice.
Here are the problems we encountered:
- Upon arrival, our room was equipped with only a single bar of soap and some shampoo. We had to request additional items like a toothbrush, toothpaste, and flip-flops to avoid slipping after showers.
- The hotel promises two complimentary bottles of water per day, but we never received any.
- Despite requesting tissues, we haven’t received any after three nights.
- Room service is unprofessional: they didn’t change the bed linens and washed the dishes without soap in front of us. Proper room service should involve more than just taking out the trash and providing fresh towels.
- On our first day, we had only one bar of soap, and no replacement was provided when it was used up.
- The bathroom lacks a fan, leading to excessive steam after showers. Additionally, it occasionally smells of smoke, despite being advertised as smoke-free.
- We never received additional Nescafé or tea after running out.
- The lobby and exterior areas are uncomfortably hot.
- There is a club or hookah bar next door, making it impossible to sleep before 2 a.m.
I am extremely disappointed and feel misled by this hotel. I doubt they will offer a refund for this poor experience, especially since I haven’t even seen a manager.
