The buildings look nice and the architecture is thoughtful. But there is no customer service. They damaged our luggage, had no security cameras at all, and lied to us many times.
The food was repetitive, repetitive, repetitive. There is no western foods, just turkish stuff at the buffet. The pasta was tasteless, no salt at all. I told the chef that the pasta needs at least some salt in the water or in the sauce, he laughed at me.
The staff doesn't know any english. Simple things like ordering, or telling what you want in your drink, becomes a bit or miss.
Guest services told us we are entitled to go only 1 time at restaurants alla carte. We had 19 meals at hebse repetitive buffet. The last day we found that guest services had lied to us, other guests went 2 times at the restaurants. Lying and misinforming guests was normal. Nobody apologized, they said all restaurants were booked already, so we couldn't go a 2nd time.
We spent $200 in parasailing and banana rides. The guy took some pictures of us, and asked another $60 to give us our pictures.
This hotel is out of every decency of a 5 star hotel. No service, miscommunication, no security, no cameras, no peaceful sleeping from the loud music of a nearby hotel, no friendliness, no variations in food. For a 10 day stay, you will eat the same dishes for 18 times at least. And both the managers and guest services lied to our face many times.
