Well, where do I start during my stay here there was mold in the bathroom, the locks didnât lock correctly on the front door. Security was not great. The windows were filthy. The air conditioner filter was filthy. Also, on one important note, the maid walked in on us when I was changing. She was definitely apologetic but how does somebody do that when the room is reserved? The mirror in the room was discussing, bathroom mirror was held together by black duct tape. My safety I felt was at risk most of the night and the next day I went to go check out I pulled the sheets off of the mattress and there was literally 12 Pee stains urine stains from possibly bodily fluids from animals people I donât know but I would like my money back. I got into an argument with the owner. He threaten to call the police on us. If we didnât leave I waited for an Uber and left and will never be back again. The ownerâs office smells like body order. Itâs not a good place to stay. Definitely recommend not having any type of child staying there I will never go back I want a full refund I want credits. I need something cause this is inhumane Iâm owed and respected my $$ I will be attaching pictures and video for proof on how our state was at this moonlight motel of madness that should be the new name of it. Id appreciate anything you can do for me at this point I use your app a lot and I really like booking my hotels on here you guys can credit me my full room amount back plus more bc Iâm traumatized
the guy running the office didnt like that i got a better price thru booking on the app and called his boss and i had to wait for the okay and was treated different because of it
