Super rude reception who doesnât understand the basics of hotel service. She couldnât even greet guests or say welcome, and answering a simple question seemed too much for her. On top of that, the elevator was out of service, and my mother, who has arthrodesis, had to climb two flights of stairs, which was extremely difficult for her. She didnât bother to give us a room on a floor where the elevator was working, which could have saved my mother from this pain. I believe her behavior and tone toward certain people showed clear racism, and this is completely against any hotel policy. Even though the place itself was okay, this ended up being one of the worst hotel experiences Iâve ever had.
Check- in was great as was the young woman who checked us in. Room was fine, but everything was fairly cheap as far as bedding and pillows went. Pillows were awful!! Overall the room itself was clean, but not stellar. The bathroom needed a deep clean and definitely did not meet my expectation for even a budget hotel. If those couple of things were addressed, I would say it is fine for the price. The space of the room was great, but the full size mirror at the head of the bed feels kind of trashy and 80s cheesy.
The room was clean and comfortable. A little small but it all worked well.
Breakfast was ok. Not a wide range of items to choose from.
The pool was refreshing. Missed a hot tub though
Would stay again
Staff are friendly, especially day time staff! Good tv cable and lighting, nice tub in shower. Very comfortable. Would stay again! I was gone during my trip most of the days, for 3 day stay, and the nights and mornings were peacefully quiet. Fridge, microwave, and coffee pot in room. Decent breakfast options and fresh waffles!
My Son was Graduating College From Dickinson State University, so we all stayed here for the graduation all traveling 4-9 hours.
Breakfast was VERY disappointing I donât understand why you canât have eggs with the sausage instead of just sausage one day and eggs the next. Not very good at all.
We reserved a handicap roll in shower with two queen beds. We did not get a roll in shower and there was like two outlets in the whole area one on each wall, which was impossible to plug-in medical devices, iPhones, etc. I expect a discount on this room as it was over 90° And my husband is a paraplegic and was not able to use the shower
