Great Family Vacation!

The staff in the restaurants were amazing! Room itself was not so nice, just a lot of cracks in wall, shower, not ditry, but just seems like it hasn't been upkept nicely. Overall enjoyed our stay

The property is located in a nice and convenient location. The free parking is appreciated. That said, I paid almost $1000USD for 2-night stay (family of 5). During our stay there was: no use of the pool, jacuzzi, gym, dining area did not serve any hot food the first day, there was dripping water and mold on the wall/ceiling in the area where food was served, NO wi-fi in the rooms, bath tub no working and the hotel refused to let us cancel nor offer any compensation for not delivering on the very services and amenities it advertised as having. **THE PICTURES ON THE WEBSITE ARE BEYOND DATED!!!

Check in to our room was sadly not until 3:42 pm and while the staff did their best to be kind and helpful the room was not free until that time which was a major issue during this stay. Also, while we were in a renovated 2 bedroom suite there were things lacking ie only one chair to sit on on the veranda, and the half bath was lacking any towels.

Not happy with my stay in the slightest
Horrible service, people at the front are rude and unwilling to help. I asked for more towels and no one brought them up and insisted that I go down to get the towels. I have never heard of a hotel that makes you get the towels. Breakfast was great. The entire hotel needs intense renovations. Location is not interesting. Wi-Fi only works in the lobby and it’s not even that good. I do not recommend

1 nuit tres bien, superbe vue
Dommage de n'etre reste qu'une seule nuit, mais nous prenions notre vol le lendemain a 12h15.
Emplacement au nord de Tel Aviv sur la riviera, nous etions au 16eme etage sur 18, magnifiaue vue sur la promenade et mer.
Bon accueil, parking gratuit en s/sol, chambre = petit studio, un salon avec tv frigo et plaque electrique et une petit chambre avec tv, grand salle de bain.
Wifi rapide
3 ascenseurs (pas eu d'attente)
Petit dejeuner inclus dans notre tarif super, y'a tout pour bien demarrer le journee, sucre sale et omelette dispo a la demande.
Piscine sur le toit, l'acces etait fermee a notre date (13 avril) a l'ombre l'am
Pour les runners, beau parcours le long de la mer sur la promenade.
Pour mager, il y a 3 ou 4 restaurants a 100m em bord de mer (en fait en haut de la falaise)
