"Jazzy at the lounge really made our stay. We met great people, everyone was friendly. Bathroom by the lounge needs to be cleaned more frequently, it was utterly disgusting. Also dog hair all over carpet, furniture, even entrance. I love dogs but the W needs to do a much better job cleaning. I gave a good review for the rest of the staff being nice and helpful as well, great location, and overall fun."
