Our stay was WONDERFUL... until it WASN'T. We stayed on the club level floor and only ate at the hotel. In fact, we didn't even leave the property. On day 2, we both got violently ill. I'll spare you the details, but it was both of us, and it was BAD! It was definitely food poisoning, and, as mentioned, we had only eaten at the hotel. In the middle of the night, I could actually hear the man in the room next door throwing up as well. Worst night ever. We called the front desk, and they brought more toilet paper and anti-diarrheal meds... but no apology, and they never checked in with us again. The next day (and it was a lllloooonnnggg night taking turns in the bathroom), my partner stumbled up to the executive level desk to ask for a late checkout since we literally could barely move. Although they did (eventually) grant it, there was no sympathy, reaction, apology, or concern whatsoever. Highly disappointing on even a human level let alone a "5 star hotel" level. I would never recommend staying here not only based on the fact that we got food poisoning, but even more on the fact that they knew and didn't try to help in any way, shape, or form.
