Great stay. Meetings were at the hotel so it was easy. Restaurant is really good. Staff were super friendly. Hotel is starting to show a little wear (cracked sink in bathroom, grout in shower needs to be redone) but overall very clean and well kept up.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. We loved everything about the hotel and our stay. Loved the free underground parking garage. Nicely appointed lobby with friendly staff. We were upgraded to the river/park side and had no train noise issues. Nice room, big bathroom, sofa, comfortable bed. And all for a good value price. This stay beat the competition by a lot.

Over rated / over priced hotel.
Room was a big disappointment especially for the price. Renovation is overdue. Wall paper peeling in several places throughout room, baseboards badly water damaged in bathroom and chipped/marked up throughout. Carpet dirty and frayed, thermostat had no power to it, window blinds in the room broken and wouldn’t roll up. Once in the lobby the hotel is nice but hallways and room are far from a 4 star hotel and the price they charge. A disappointing stay!
