Nice hotel but management's attitude disappointed

The positives: excellent breakfast, location, ambience. The negatives: no response to three consecutive identical emails requesting early check in. All were ignored. The housecleaning was sub standard and rushed by employees who didn't care. We had a four night stay and on the third day after being out until 4pm, returned to find the room had not been serviced. Had to request this to be done. The day after, the room had not been done at all. Went to reception and was told that it would be done in 15 mins. 30 mins later, still not done and so we gave up. Requested towels and made up the room ourselves. Not accept for a four start hotel.

Next to train station and great value

Just 2mins walk from the central train station. Great value for money with breakfest buffet included. If breakfast time could be lengthen to 1030 or 1100 for weekdays as well, that will be much better. The choices of breakfast buffet were more than expected. Really don’t like the no door design at the shower, have to be very careful when having a relaxing shower/.\
