Complete relaxation

From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out it was five star. The service was great and the accommodations were wonderful. I highly recommend checking this place out. Also if you get a chance to do one of their massages it is well worth it so relaxing

Great Value and the best way to relax in Ecuador!

I extended my stay in Ecuador just to stay her 2 evenings. So happy I did! Soaking in the hot springs outside of the room at 3am was divine. I had 3 spa treatments and they were all top! The main volcanic hot springs are super cool and the spa springs are also sweet. Love the jets to massage your back. Definitely a worthwhile visit and will recommend to my friends and hope to be back on day. … cannot fail to mention the Service and Staff are exceptional.

A little slice of paradise!

We had been to Papallacta a few years ago, but just for the day to the big pools. I loved staying in the cabana with our family because steps away from your door, you had private thermal pools and they were awesome. My husband and nephew went on a walk on the trail by the hotel and their pictures were beautiful. The restaurant also had good food. The staff was great. The whole experience was a little slice of paradise!

Magic Place!

Beautiful place in the highlands! The thermal pools are the highlight and the flora and fauna along with the majestic mountains are the backdrop. Loved the onsite restaurant, especially the sea bass in coconut sauce. The spa offers quality massages and wraps at very affordable prices. This is a magical place and I’ll definitely return!

This was my second trip to Papallacta and it was worth a return trip. Staff were friendly and helpful. From remembering the lactose intolerant person in our group (bringing a small pitcher of hot chocolate made with almond milk twice) to remembering the kids’ names to helping our teen when he was locked out of our room, Orlando was perfection. Be sure to relax with a massage after taking a hike in the stunning mountains.

We loved our stay. The accommodation was unique and extremely comfortable. Everything from the bed to the showers to the heated floors made our stay very enjoyable. Being able to sit in the hot springs at night was amazing. The food was excellent too. We will be back!

6/10 Good

My fiancé and I are frequent guests to this property. The hot springs are amazing, nevertheless they can do a lot better in the following: 1) Pre check in client service is pretty horrible as the they never pay attention to any requests. It was our 4th anniversary celebration and I’ve asked for a flower decoration for our room and got no response whatsoever. I messaged and called the property several times with no response. 2) Bathroom amenities are poor. Hand soap, shampoo and related are probably not even 2 star hotel level. This property is supposed to be a luxury resort. 3) On this last stay, I forgot my headset in our suite after checkout. When calling to recover my headset, once again they never responded my messages or calls. After several attempts, I finally got a hold of them through their LAN line. Their restaurant staff is great and I hope they continue to improve as this property has amazing potential.

Truly Paradise

Termas de Papallacta hotel is the best I ever been. The hotel consist 53 cabanas with 22 pools technically as you step out of your cabana there is a hot spring pool. They have a huge amazing Spa, indoor Pool with waterfalls, massage rooms. Three Restaurants that offer delicious meals, great variety. The buffet breakfast is everything you can desire for. The only negative I can say is the hard rock thick pillows, inpossible to sleep on. I requested a softer pillow and they delivered it to my room. Service is top notch, though not everyone speaks enough English, but I won't complain about that.

This is a magical place. Places beautifully in the mountains. So many pools. Stayed in a cabin, heated floors, jacuzzi tub, and springs right outside available 24/7 made it perfect. Dinner was delicious at the restaurant. Excellent service and we’re able to accommodate allergies. Will be back here one day !!

This thermal hot springs and spa resort was beautiful and not far from Quito. It is an all inclusive spa resort up in the Andes Mountains with full on staff in the restaurant and spa services to meet all your leisure needs. Everything was well maintained around the grounds and they where very environmentally contiguous. Although it is beautiful country, serene and relaxing this place is at 13,000 ' elevation. Don't be in a hurry to walk anywhere, you are going to breath hard unless your a local
