Thank goodness Sarah the girl manning the front desk wasn't afraid to do some investigative work, double check with her supervisor, and do it all with a smile. The beds were not comfortable. The floors looked like they needed to be vacuumed. The hot tub was cold. The water slide doesn’t work for the kids and the pool was freezing.

This was our second time in this same hotel and glad it was pet friendly. Our room was big and clean. Staff were alright but the breakfast lady was so nice and how she keeps greeting everyone good morning and making sure there’s enough food. The receptionist when we checked in was not so friendly, could use a smile and feels like I bothered him when I asked for extra beddings.
