Beautiful apartments and really friendly reception staff.

Perfectly situated within the city. Train and metro right next door. Ability to walk easily for food, drinks, and site seeing. A plus was we were able to check-in a couple hours early after an all night flight.

I stayed in room 226,had a wonderful time.Breakfast to die for. Staff lovely and accommodating.

Beautiful old hotel very conveniently located directly across from Newcastle Train Station. Location is excellent close to and accessible to city centre shopping, restaurants and night life. Transportation points of acces to travel throughout the region. Easy check-in, nice rooms with restaurant and bar attached. Beds are comfortable, shower /bath worked well, very clean and confortable lodging.

Friendly staff and great room as ever.
