The room was ok. Microwave old, internet not working, TV not working with provide (no signal), loud neighbors

Avoid at ALL Costs
I have stayed in 100s of hotels/motels in the USA and Europe over the past 40 years and this one gets the award for being the worst. I paid for 2 nights but left after 1 miserable sleepless night. The motel is next to an intersection and the road noise was overwhelming ALL night long (and I use earplugs but they were useless). Half of this run down, totally outdated motel was occupied by oil and gas workers who all noisily left between 5 to 6 am. Just a plain miserable excuse for lodging.

Good stay except for one thing…
Overall, the room was good. Most likely I’d stay there again. Only reason for 3 stars is we didn’t find out until the morning that the hot water handle in the shower didn’t work. We only stayed one night, so by the time we discovered this, there was no time to do anything about it. Aside from that, the room was clean and comfortable. I would recommend, but soon as you check in, check the shower faucet :-)

Clean, comfortable & conveniently located
Pristine clean in the room, comfortable bed and sofa, appreciated the fridge and microwave. Staff so polite! Pool wasn't open at time of visit. Convenient to groceries, restaurants, parks and of course the Caverns.

A dump for workmen
This place is a dump, but the workmen use it. We specifically requested a first floor room. They lied to us and said one was not available. But when I got there and the air-conditioning was so loud I was going to walk out on them, they moved me to a first floor room. That is how I know they lied to me. If so many workmen use it, it serves a purpose. That is the best I can say about these liars.

The shower head was sticking out of a hole in the wall. The toilet wouldn’t flush correctly. The bathroom window let cold air in. Only a bed spread over top sheet. Other that that, the rug looked new and was clean.

Ok - a bed to sleep in
It was a bed to sleep in, nothing more. We got up early just to get out of there. Check in was just a check in. We got our key! Nothing more, she didn’t volunteer any helpful information . It was clean enough. Hot when we got there - very loud AC, but too hot without it. I doubt I’d stay there again.

Not sure clean. We saw alive and death roaches. The staff didn’t even speak when checking out. The walls are super thin so you can hear everything happening in another rooms. Making this not family friendly. Will not stay again and do not recommend. The o ly positive is that restaurants are super close.

Staying at this place really made me rethink the ranking system. When I pick this place out I saw that it had a pretty high ranking for the price. I've come to realize that you get exactly what you pay for. It was dirty, the sheets were dirty, there were three pillows for a queen bed which is too few in my opinion. The pillows were very small. They say that it's been renovated, but that's not true. They put some paint on it but the bathrooms look like they're at least 50 years old as does most of the other parts of the property.
