It was a good stay. The room is nice size and the king bed was comfortable. The free breakfast was not great but it sufficed. The hotel works well for one night on a road trip.
The staff and facilities were very good but the business practices of the managing hotel group was very poor. I booked a room but made a mistake on the date by one day. I added change insurance to my order just in case. I immediately cancelled the wrong date and added the new date (one day later). I was charged $400 for two rooms but it became $800 when I was not refunded for the cancelled date (which had been confirmed by email and by the hotels.com app. They are now refusing to refund my incorrectly charged date even though I had change insurance. I am still fighting with Hotels.com so be very doubtful of using this service. That is why the overall rating is a 1 star but the hotel facilities and staff wever very good.
