Room is nice but some people aren’t
Check in and room was good but had bad experience at the lounge with a friend of the employee came in drunk and was shouting and cursing and employee was feeding her drinks and even know they acknowledged us she was rude and kept being loud and cursing to our face telling us to just live with it The fact it wasn’t a guest but a friend of an employee doing it and the employee just letting it happen is the worst thing in my opinion because guests are put off with this coming into the hotel

Great value
Great hotel for the price. Comfortable bed, clean room, and friendly staff. We would definitely stay here again. The only criticism is the breakfast area. Breakfast was crammed into a small corner by the desk and the seating is limited in the lobby.

2 locations - double check
Be careful - there are 2 Coblestone locations in Erie! We put the wrong one in our GPS, and discovered this when we had all bags inside for a 2 night stay. They said the other one was about 15 minutes away: we were stopping to change before a funeral, and did not want to take the time. They claimed all the standard rooms (like we booked at the other location) were Full, and we could only get a suite for about $100 more. We agreed only due to the timing. The front desk person said they would call the other location to cancel it for us. My husband checked our credit card before we checked out, and found we were charged for both locations!! I told the front desk this when checking out, and she said we needed to call the other location to cancel ourselves! I assured her the other person said they would handle It. Our toilet overflowed the first morning there, and we placed all our towels on the floor. We came back to find it cleaned up, but No one brought us new towels…

My top priority staying here was location and safety. I am very satisfied with both of these. The room was clean and comfortable. I stayed early in the week and it was quiet, which I appreciated. Entry into the side entrance required key access. Beds were very comfortable to me and I slept well. Breakfast was appreciated and I neither greatly liked or disliked it. I am just grateful they had the basic things to choose from; it was typical and comparable to other hotels that offer a continental breakfast. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. They seemed to enjoy being there and took pride in their work. Bathroom was very clean and excellent water pressure. Only suggestion I have is that somebody should make routine rounds to ensure side entrance door is completely closed. When I arrived back to the hotel a couple of times during the day, the door was not completely closed and there wasn’t anybody outside getting in or out of their car or hanging out. I had to make sure it was closed. This only happened during the day and didn’t experience it in the evening.
