The worst all inclusive resort I have been in my entire holidays.
I come from the hospitality industry and as a specialist I can specify what is terrible about this resort.
1) facilities are not well maintained and well cleaned
2) The buffet was the worst I have seen in my life, food was not only disgusting, but it was also bad presented and only to look at it was difficult.
3) cleanness of the restaurants, terrible.
4) the staff didn’t have clue of what service and hospitality is from and chefs were there cooking but I guess it was their first time .
5) desserts like gummies, hard to eat, probably left from day before .
6) the room , I was shocked . The toilet was so old and the cleanness was terrible.
7) confusing place, very big structure,l and to get oriented.
