Very clean and modern hotel in a nice neighborhood. Rooms are very spacious. Staff is very friendly and the restaurant on site was really nice.

We were looking for a quiet Hotel away from the airport. We wanted to avoid all the noise etc. and relax. This is not the place to go for this. First there was construction in front of the hotel. Which I understand they have no control of...however, the 7:30 am Jackhammering that sounded like an earthquake was not the ideal way to be woken up. The entire building shook! The front desk made no mention of this at all upon check in. The service staff was not very friendly unless you approached them and hard to find. The people behind the desk were very polite and friendly, when they were available. There should be full disclosure on the website about the proximity to the hospital. Web site did not mention that the hotel is across the street from the the Orlando Hospital and is part of a medical Facility. So between the ambulance sirens and the Media Vac Helicopters flying. It was quite the noisy first night. The Hotel did move us to a different room. They did give us a bit of a refund. But that is not the point. We would have picked a different hotel had we known it was across from the hospital. The Room itself was very nice. No Breakfast included. Everything was extra. They are marketing themselves a boutique Hotel. So I guess that justifies the exorbitant cost for all the food.

App for breakfast wasn’t working, so had to go outside of hotel to eat.
