Quite noisy to due proximity to the train tracks. The aircon did not work and as we had direct sun in the room temperature went up to over 25 degrees. When pointing this out to the staff they said they were changing their aircons and suggested we opened the window instead - not ideal due to the noise. The double economy bed is rather fitted for 2 kids than for adults. The staff speaks very little English, do not answer emails and the phone service is an automatic machine in Japanese. The room was rather cheap though so all in all it was just about fine - if you have good earplugs, are rather small and don't mind the heat.
The location is very close to Nippori Station. Sounds from the tracks can still be heard at night. Although not spacious, the room was still sufficient for a single traveler. The front desk staff are helpful.
We are very please with the friendliness of the staff. They are always great is on our and in the hotel. They are taking care of business, even the smallest things. I lost one pair of the socks. Replaced it and they found it and returned it to me. That was huge plus. Thank you and we will be back.
You get what you paid. Overall, itâs worth the money.but I wonât book this hotel again. Although itâs close to JR station, itâs a little far from æ°ćźżăéćș§âŠ.and you canât use Tokyo subway pass from/to here. APA is too small for two people, not comfortable for me. They only offer 2 bottle water for the first night if you book consecutive nights. They said you can buy in the vending machine.
