It was a good experience, booked the hotel 2 days before the check in and got a good deal. There was enough parking, front desk staff is friendly, check in and check out is fast. There is breakfast included on our stay.

Our stay at this hotel was very good. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities. The in room spa tub was very clean, in good shape, and worked well. The breakfast room was small, and was in the basement, but offered hot waffles, toast, croissants, cereal, fruit, yogurt, and beverages. The indoor pool was clean, and well maintained. The location of the hotel was within a short walking distance to anywhere you would want to go; Clinton hill, restaurants, and the falls. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel obviously needs some love. It is old and would require some updates. The first room we were given was in horrible condition. The manager was very kind and offered us a new room that was much better. You get what you pay for, it was fine for one night.

Budget friendly, warm service, clean indoor pool.
Very hospitable service. Breakfast was a bit lacking but it had the essentials. I also got locked out a couple of times during my near 2wk stay, but the 24 hr fromt desk was quick to remedy it each time. The swimming pool was a nice touch. Great deal, I'll probably return sometime.

Our toilet completely flooded our room while we were gone for dinner. Flooded the entire room. Called the front desk for five minutes and no one answered. Ran down to front desk and the only concern was whether we turned the water off. Not whether we deserved a new room or that our belongings were soaked. I was very very unhappy. Was very disappointed, our bathroom was really dirty. The shower was stuck in up position so could not take baths. Unfortunately would not want it was full of black hair because every time you took shower hair would back up through. We are all blondes was not ours and was there beforehand. Second my son and I went to the free breakfast and was standing there for 20 minutes waiting for a waffle. Finally decided to leave.

Location is great! A bit outdated!
The great news is that the hotel was located near Clifton Ave, an ideal location. However, the online photos were outdated, and the hotel itself is a bit dated. The breakfast was okay but had limited options. Unfortunately, there was a foul odor in our room and hallway. On the positive side, the front desk and room staff were very attentive and courteous.
