Third Party Management and a tacky place
1. No where on hotels.com when booking this property was I informed of the huge $500 security deposit. I was notified via text 24 hours before checking in that this was to be paid.
2. Check in is at 3pm and check out 10am, 2pm is standard and if it is 3pm then check out usually extends to 11am.
3. I received 2 different check in details, had to call beyond a room to confirm which was correct.
4. Shower was blocked
5. Internet was slow.
6. Decor was tacky.
7. In the confirmation email there was mention of a person letting themselves into the property to replenish towels. You had to notify them if you didn't want this to happen. Which I did.
8. There were only 2 towels for a couple for 2 nights, as well as no extra sheets. There should of been double this - especially as we booked thinking it was a serviced apartment (as per usual on hotels.com)
9. It is clearly an airbnb style property. I'd rather not have these on hotels.com as we are used to a standard.
