Comfortable & clean hotel with an included spa
Amazing hotel breakfast with plenty of Japanese and Western options - something for everyone. The room was small but efficient and had everything we needed. We loved the public spa on the ground floor that was included with our stay. A relaxing way to end each day!

Japan Vacation
Beautiful hotel, conveniently located within walking distance to Nishiki market, Gion and major shopping areas. Great breakfast. Rooms, especially the bathroom was small. Rooms are only serviced once every 3 days, but clean towels and bottled water are provided daily via a tote bag left hanging on your door. It wasn’t a problem for us, but I thought it was worth a mention.

Great stay
Everything was lovely—room with table so ate breakfast there, public bath daily, helpful front desk (some English speaking). Well designed. Cafe. Central Tokyo. Does require taxi to train station (about 2200 yen) that hotel arranged. Shops and subway near.

Dreamy Kyoto wonderland!
Amazing place with super kind staff willing and helpful! We rode bikes into Kyoto and didn’t realize there was little bike parking and after being turned away by four other hotels this hotel offered us parking and smiles immediately! They went out of their way for us and we so gratefully appreciated it! Thanks!!! We also gave them a list of restaurants to make reservations and the kindly did and emailed us while we were out sightseeing so as to not hinder our time in Kyoto! Highly recommend! The only negative is the bath is not tattoo friendly.

Just a quick 5-10minutes walk from the nearest Metro Station. Check-in was fast and staff spoke very fluent english. Managed to check into our room at 1.30pm before the stipulated timing of 3pm. Location was at convenient 5-10 minutes walk to Teramachi shopping street which has great shops and dining options

We loved the atmosphere of this hotel. The room had lively Japanese decor. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant food was good and prices reasonable. Loved the public bath .. we took advantage of that each night! Will stay again if we visit Kyoto again. Will check out this chain in other areas. The beds were also very comfortable.

Appreciated the thoughtfulness of the cleaning staff to leave you water, towels, and stuff in a bag on your door even when you don’t need cleaning.
The onsen is good but be aware it’s a pretty basic one that is the size of a small swimming pool.
