We were staying for several days for Mayo Clinic appts and having the use of the shuttle was worth everything! Took you wherever you wanted to go and ran all day. Friendly staff, room was comfortable and breakfast each day was good. With the construction going on by Mayo it would be a nightmare trying to find parking multiple times a day all week. Only 5 minute shuttle drive. Trader Joeâs right down the street and very close to other restaurants. Panera shares a parking lot. Donât hesitate if youâre needing Mayo!
The hotel is located next to restaurants, it was a nice room but we noticed the refrigerator was not cleaned out it had a old water bottle in it from someone else and the dishwasher had dirty dishes in it still from the previous person. The shower was clean and had good water pressure and hot. Nice pool and hot tub we had to ourself most of the night.
Only bad thing was the lingering smell of dog in the room, as soon as we opened the door it stunk, the air-conditioning helped a little but it was always there. I blame the lazy pet owner's more than the hotel. What kind of person is too lazy to take their dog outsidefor business? Or leave it to roam around pi##ing & shi##ing while you sleep? Hotel was excellent in every way besides the room odor.
Very clean and comfortable. The only complaint we have is the breakfast. It was ok, but not exceptional. There was a poor selection of juices - no orange juice, for example. The eggs and meats were pre-cooked.
Service was fantastic - the shuttle to Mayo was very helpful especially due to the construction going on downtown.
I would definitely go back. The cleark notice my husband was having problems withhis back, hard time walking. She changed our room number so it would be closer to the elevator. Room was very nice.
The hotel is convenient and feels pretty new. During the week, Iâm guessing it is quiet. Our weekend experience was a hotel filled with youth wrestling tournament attendees, and it was noisy and chaotic.
