Great Place for Families
Beautiful location, we were caught off guard at first by going through a subdivision to get to hotel but it has mountain views in almost every direction. We were here in offseason so it was quiet but I can see how it would be a popular place for families in the summer months. This place has basically anything you need, however it is a bit dated and could be cleaned a little better - found a hairband in the living room on the floor and a bit of leftover food in the fridge. It seems you are required to take out your garbage and wash & put away your dishes prior to leaving or you will be charged a fee. Would come here again, and again would be a great place for families.

Incredibly disappointed and ghosted!
We were phoned about 2 hours before our arrival saying that the reception doors are locked past a certain hour due to low demand in shoulder season and to call their number (provided) when we arrived. We arrived and phoned… and phoned… and phoned. Nothing. Couldn’t leave a message as the mailbox was full. Wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt as it was around dinner time. Waited and phoned and phoned. Still nothing! I pressed my ear up to the locked reception door and could hear the phone inside ringing away. After about 45 minutes in the dark, waiting, we got in contact with a travel agent who promptly organized a refund and a new hotel for us. Thank you!! Besides the complete ghosting by an entire resort the place looks cheap. Desperately in need of updating and the amenities stated on the website are only open during peak season.

Just a quick one night stay, but the staff were wonderful to deal with and also let us check in a little earlier. The rooms are a little dated but they were clean and quite big. There were a few plates, pots and pans and cutlery if you decided to cook something small in the kitchen. Also a dishwasher, fridge, stove, microwave and coffee maker. We were right on the golf course, so we enjoyed watching people play when we were sitting on the balcony. We didn’t use the pool or hot tubs, so I’m not sure how that was, but there were kids having a blast and everything was working. Parking was a little brutal if you came back later at night but overall we enjoyed our stay and would probably stay again when we are in the area.

Great suite, the pool and the waterslide is amazing and worth the trip. The golfing in the area is superb. The staff are helpful , friendly and amazing. Make you feel like family. The only bad thing is the tennis court is in terrible condition. Almost unplayable. The Beach volleyball is overgrown. The view was amazing. We would definitely stay there every time we are in the area. As long as we could be on the 3rd floor with a view of the pool
