First time in Italy. The hotel staff, especially Camilla, were very attentive. They made sure transportation was organized, when out of their way to help me find places to eat, and just made sure the entire stay was comfortable. The room is spacious and very clean. We got a special upgrade to the suite and it was awesome. lastly, the complimentary breakfast beats out some of the top hotels in the USA, easily. Forgot to add: the location made it very easy to get to key places in Rome If I ever come back to Rome, I will stay here

Short stay in Rome, this hotel was clean, convenient and the staff were great. Breakfast was really good. Walls a bit thin and we could hear the neighbors on occasion, but it wasn't a major inconvenience, and we slept well. Would recommend

This hotel is on the 2nd floor of what can only be described as an office building. You walk into a lobby with an unattended desk. I had to call to learn that I needed to go to the 2nd floor past various offices to reach the hotel. It seems like it is not that old however the decor is so dark, you can barely see in the hallways. Not sure what the rules are about sprinklers in Rome but this hotel had none. They had fire extinguishers. The halls are so tiny, if there is a housekeeping cart in the way you can barely pass. The way the description read, it sounded like the hotel was close to several popular tourist spots. It was not. The area was a little shady. We had a hard time getting taxis to take us there, we ended up having to use Uber.

Very basic room
Overall, the hotel was average. I may not be the target demographic, I prefer comfort and amenities versus how the place looks. The hotel was hard to find at night, small sign on building. The lobby was empty, and the check in desk was on the 2nd floor. Stood in lobby for a while, until another guest told me where it was. Room was very small. Reminded me of a college dorm, with better decoration. Bed was HORRIBLE. Light switch required key card. Didn’t realize that and stood in dark trying to find switch. No USB ports to plug in electronics. If you’re a tourist, better have an adapter with multiple USB/USB-c ports. Positive things were the proximity to Roma Termini train station, Trevi fountain, and hop-on hop-off bus. All within a short walk. Would not stay again.

Tiny room/lumpy bed
The room is VERY small but I was only there overnight for an early flight the following morning so it wasn’t a big deal. What was really disappointing was the bed was not comfortable and felt like sleeping on a pull-out couch. There is someone at the desk but don’t expect anything more than assistance with checking in/out. I asked for a local restaurant recommendation and it wasn’t great.

CANNOT RECOMMEND ENOUGH. The breakfast ALONE would make me come back, not the mention the helpful and caring staff. Walkable to Trevor fountain, pantheon, colosseum (longer walk), and restaurants off the beaten path. The hotel is working on a HUGE renovation to move space and expand. I cannot wait to see the new space. STAY HERE

So I had a room with two balconies which was wonderful. The place was clean and well put together. A perk: one thing they don’t tell you is there is no bartender. So you get to pour your own drink whenever you’d like. They have an Honesty bar system, where you make your own drink and make a note of it to pay later. I must say my inner bartending self was very generous with the whisky. The staff is friendly and kind and helpful when we needed help with taxis or other general questions. I Rate this place a 10 in-regards to treating me a person of color with kindness and respect.
