"The staff were all super friendly and very helpful. They gave advice and organized a few activities for me. The room was huge and had a lovely morning view of the hot air balloons taking off. A delicious Turkish breakfast was included. "
"We had very large room with charming decor, lots of storage, and great bathroom with huge shower - plus a very pleasant terrace overlooking the fields, not the road. Beds were very comfortable. Wi-fi quality was a bit variable, but mostly worked. Staff was always available and made good recommendations for dining and visiting Hierapolis-Pamukkale, plus welcomed us with a glass of wine. Lots of parking and easy check-in; located within walking distance of the south entrance of Pamukkale and restaurants of town. "

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel. largely thanks to the incredible staff. My husband unfortunately had an accident and broke his foot during our trip. The hotel manager went above and beyond to support us, he provided a wheelchair, arranged a very accessible room and were always available to assist. The breakfast was another highlight, fresh, delicious and offering a great variety each morning. I would definitely recommend this hotel for is outstanding service, excellent facilities and convenient location near the Pamukkale thermal pools.
