"No face to face with anyone as you get your room and door code via email which turned out to be very nice. I didn't know what you do if you have an issue but we didn't. Very nice, very modern room. Absolutely did not expect how nice it would be. It says the breakfast is grab and go which, to me, means a banana and muffin in a bag but it was much more of a Continental bfast with tables, etc. "
