"Where do I start!? We checked in around 10pm, Karishma helped us get to our room quickly and also advised on food options. Her lovely energy and kindness made us feel right at home immediately. We were upgraded to a suite with a seaview as a surprise and the suite itself was perfectly cleaned and in great condition. "Family trip w/bed and breakfast 4 nights. This hotel is primarily an all inclusive place, which we didnt opt for nor prefer. Meaning guets where primarily all-inclusive guests... Facilities appared quite dated. Quality of food was ok+, but restaurant was chaotic and "factory-like". Only buffets to all meals. A lot of noise and uncharming. Bad coffee. We had breakfast in this restaurant, and 1 dinner, but much better to have lunch and dinner out by the nearby restaurants.

Room was >25 degrees at night and there was no way to cool it down, as the HVAC has been set to "heat only" for the off-season.
