"My husband and I had never been to Turkey. We booked this trip based on the hotel and it didnt dissappint. It is adult only and caters to all types of holiday makers. We had a beach bungalow which was very close to the relax pool, which is where we spent most of our time. There was a larger pool which offered a more lively experience, but thats not what we were after. The buffet food offered a huge selection however at lunch we ate at the snack bars, where I have to say, the food was AMAZING!...

"Hotel was good, but staff training and coordination lacked big time. Front office team was really bad, knowledge and communication did not appear, they could not even answer simple questions, can’t fix their own mistakes. They were not trained at all. "Treatment at this property was second to none. Amazing! The staff, the amenities even the food plenty to choose from. Nice atmosphere to sit in. Pool too cold for me and the millions of cats i don't care for. The stair problem is a very big problem for disabled despite the ramps they have in which was also too steep for me you encounter stairs where you can't use the wheelchair. "We stayed at this property last year and enjoyed it that’s why we decided to return this year again. Unfortunately the quality of resort significantly decreased and we won’t be back again - poor food quality , rude staff ( one barmen was always under intoxicated and wanted to fight guests, throwing bottles and forks), cups and silverware was nowhere to be found ( I personally witnessed people poring tea and coffee in soup mugs).
