Crazy bed
The bed in the room was terrible. Their room was supposed to be accessible. The bed was very low like it needed another mattress or better support it was also very soft. My wife had to help me out of bed as my legs would not allow me to get out on my own. The room was also dirty. There was lint in the bed pieces of paper on the floor and I had to scrub the sink before use. I will never book this hotel again.

Great stay!
Our stay at this Comfort Suites was great. The staff is very friendly, comfortable beds, great location and very clean. The breakfast is excellent. We would definitely stay again if passing through Knoxville.
