Holiday Inn is so nice!

The room was very clean. The breakfast area was excellent with bacon, sausage, omelets, biscuits and gravy. The staff was overwhelmingly polite. It was a quiet place to stay and we will definitely stay there again!

Madisonville visit

This is a great stay. Front desk personnel are knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. Rooms are roomy, clean. Nice showers. Pool looked inviting. Did not have time to enjoy. Breakfast was as good as the service. Best reason to stay at Holiday Inn. Close to interstate. I strongly recommend.

Clean, friendly, but a little overpriced

There was a slight hiccup at check-in because I booked with Hotels.com, but they needed to charge me a fee which I had to pay separately upon arrival. They couldn't get the charge to work, but after waiting for about 10 minutes, everything was finally OK. The hotel looked very new and clean. The bedroom was very well thought out. Unfortunately, the coffee machine wasn't working in my room. But that was a small inconvenience. The Breakfast was good. And all of the staff were very friendly. I did feel like it was a little expensive for what type of hotel that it was and the location of the hotel. This is a small town.

My husband and I were in town for the Perry Stone conference at Covenant Community Church and while this hotel was not as close as some of the others, it was definitely cleaner and worth the extra money. Staff was very friendly, check in and out was smooth, our King suite was very well cleaned and comfortable with plenty of towels and wash cloths. The breakfast was good. I have a food allergy with red meat and pork and still had plenty of other options to choose from. We would definitely stay here again if we are ever in Madisonville again.
